We invite you to join us for a weekend devoted to women’s health and self care. Share your time with like-minded individuals who want to learn daily practices that will restore balance to the mind and body.
Why join us? In addition to relaxation, rejuvenation and camaraderie, the four retreat leaders will all offer expertise to help you feel better for the long term. Our hectic lives are full of perceived dangers, often as commonplace as being stuck in traffic or pressed with a deadline. While these perceived dangers pose no risk to your survival, they imprison your mind in psychological distress, and your body in a state of protection. The nervous system, muscles and tissues hold on to this stress, becoming less resilient and adaptable. These holding patterns keep you tight, clenched, and weak, limiting your potential for stability, adaptability and strength. We will reeducate your tissues and nervous system to increase adaptability and resiliency, opening you up to find ease, well being, and radiance.
Please join Sally McAlpin, Kathy Kates, Alecia Dayger and Marie Buckhout for this weekend retreat that will educate and support you with two women’s health work- shops, guided meditations, yoga instruction, nourishing vegetarian Ayurvedic meals (provided by Susan Surabian), and lots of fun!
The retreat will take place September 21-23rd, 2018 at a beautiful, newly renovated private residence in Lee, Massachusetts. The pricing begins at $700 per participant, and includes all workshops, guided meditation sessions, yoga classes, meals and accommodations.
A deposit of $450 is required to reserve your space. Please call us directly to register at 617-868-0756.
