Release and Reset
Each class will begin with a release of physical and mental tension. Next, the students will be taken through a mindful vinyasa going through physical postures, breath work, and self-inquiry, meant to build strength, balance, and steadiness of mind and body. Classes will end with an extended savasana. All levels are welcome.

Lotus Flow
This yoga class will offer a gentle and grounding start to the week. We’ll begin with some warm-up exercises to prepare our bodies, followed by the classical Sivananda Surya Namaskar to build heat and focus. Moving into a series of Hatha Yoga asanas, we’ll work on flexibility and stability, easing into each pose mindfully. Then, we’ll flow into the calming Padma Sadhana series—a graceful sequence inspired by the lotus that will leave you feeling open and centered. We’ll end with 10 minutes of pranayama, focusing on breathwork to relax the mind and set positive intentions for the week.

Integration
This class is designed to cultivate joint stabilization and muscular coordination to balance the effects of the 21st century lifestyle. It is a challenging but safe class that utilizes mat-based movement sequences to re-activate muscles that are working inefficiently and restore movement patterns that support longevity. The class is fit for all levels. Definition of integration: the coordination of processes in the nervous system, including diverse sensory information and/or motor impulses.

The class uses traditional yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation to cultivate a compassionate understanding of the mind, body, and heart connection. The class is gentle and great for all levels. Definition of awareness: knowledge or perception of the processes of the nervous system, including diverse sensory information and/or motor impulses.

Strength
This class is designed to build strong bones and tissues that are resilient to forces and stress of daily life. The class utilizes a combination of mat-based movement sequences and resistance training to activate and strengthen the pillar movement patterns: squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, and carry. This class is best fit for those with Namo Yoga or strength training experience. Definition of strength: the capacity of the nervous system to withstand force or pressure, from diverse sensory information and/or motor impulse.

Bridge
This class is designed to introduce two pillars in the same class. For example, a class may bring elements of integration and awareness, or may combine strength training with awareness.
Taught by Alecia Dayger and Jane Henderson
Yin Yoga
This class is designed to renew vital energy, enhance tissue flexibility and joint mobility, and deeply nourish the body. Yin yoga is a meditative practice that uses longer-held passive poses to access the connective tissue in the body. This approach to yoga is intended to be a complementary practice to more active styles of movement. In this class, you will bring your body into a sequence of postures where you feel modest levels of sensation, allow your muscles to relax within each shape, and remain relatively still for 3-7 minutes. This class is appropriate for all levels and no prior experience is necessary.
