Massage & Bodywork

Massage and bodywork treatments with our highly trained therapists take place in calm, private treatment rooms at the Center.

Each treatment at Om Namo Center has two objectives: to treat acute or chronic pain and to create an overall balance in your physical body. Therapists customize sessions for each client, and provide insights about how you can maintain the benefits of treatments throughout your daily life. Our therapists give you the knowledge and understanding of how to maintain equilibrium after the session’s end.

Sean offers sessions which prioritize both subjective experience and objective movement quality. The training system Sean works within is the framework he uses to understand the body and mind. He provides clients with support to orient and move themselves toward their vision of physical health, minimizing a sense of lacking and maximizing a sense of wholeness, with an intention to honor our strengths and be at ease with our perceived weaknesses.
