Bridge

This class is designed to introduce two pillars in the same class. For example, a class may bring elements of integration and awareness, or may combine strength training with awareness.

Yin Yoga

This class is designed to renew vital energy, enhance tissue flexibility and joint mobility, and deeply nourish the body. Yin yoga is a meditative practice that uses longer-held passive poses to access the connective tissue in the body. This approach to yoga is intended to be a complementary practice to more active styles of movement. In this class, you will bring your body into a sequence of postures where you feel modest levels of sensation, allow your muscles to relax within each shape, and remain relatively still for 3-7 minutes. This class is appropriate for all levels and no prior experience is necessary.

Release and Flow

In this class, the instructor will incorporate fascial maneuvers, yin, vinyasa, and other styles of yoga in order to facilitate an enjoyable experience for all ages and levels of yogis. The intention is to present a unique opportunity for students to reconnect with their inner child with playfulness, curiosity, and fearlessness. Students can expect to connect to the energies of animals, the four seasons, musical rhythms, storytelling, and lots of the instructor’s favorite asana: the smile pose.
